Reopening Worship @ King of Kings

I rejoiced with those who said to me, "Let us go to the house of the LORD!" - Psalm 122:1

We are pleased to announce our plan for safely reopening in-person worship at King of Kings! This plan has been put together in consultation with recommendations and guidelines provided by the Florida Department of Health in Orange County, guidance from our church body and our insurance company, as well as discussions with our sister congregations throughout Central Florida.

The goal of this plan is to provide a safe process for our congregation to once again offer in-person worship, while keeping in mind the responsibility of love we have both for our King of Kings family and the people of our communities, especially those who are most vulnerable. We do understand that during this process, in-person worship will look somewhat different than normal. We also understand for some, it will take time before they are comfortable with attending in-person worship. So we ask for your patience, cooperation, and loving concern for one another as we carry out this phase.

Highlights
  • In-person worship services will resume on the weekend of May 30-31.
  • Worship services will be offered each week on Saturdays @ 7 pm and Sundays @ 10 am to stay under the recommended benchmark of 25% of total capacity.
  • Those who plan to attend will be asked to sign up for the service they will attend and will be assigned seating as they sign up. That form will be provided on a weekly basis.
  • Worship will continue to be broadcast live on Sundays @ 10 am ET via Facebook Live.
